Great little spot, not far from Ebisu Station. It was a few minutes walk away. Breakfast was included and was quite nice. The bathroom was quite spacious, and the beds were comfy. All in all, a great spot to base yourself.

Awesome location, modern, great service. They have thought of everything one would need. Only negative is that the breakfast is ok, however it’s definitely made up for by the constant complimentary refreshments! Staff were excellent.

The hotel is situated approximately a 10 minute walk from ebisu metro station (one station away from shibuya, two from harajuku). It is uphill so it can be a bit of work with suitcases and the entrance not obvious. Nice neighborhood appears to be relatively high-end. The "hike" is well worth it. The hotel is modern and newly renovated. The staff is respectful. We had a room with two beds and it was a decent size! Especially by Tokyo standards! We could fit 3 big carry-on luggage easily. The beds were comfortable and we had two pillows (a hard one and softer one, like in most hotels- you choose the one you want). There is a water closet with the most sophisticated toilet I'd seen in our stay. You open the door and the light automatically turns on and the seat opens itself. The flush is an eco-friendly one. Some of the lights work with a sensor (including the one in the water closet, which preserves energy and is eco-friendly). The bathroom has a big shower and seperate tub. There are two shower heads so you can choose whatever you feel comfortable with! Practical for someone who is tall. In front of the bed you have all the amenities ( tea and a kettle, robes, keyboard, plenty of places to charge your devices) plus an additional sink and mirror. They have a free breakfast, it is small but if you are not picky you can find some eggs and ham/bacon plus a coffee. Overall, I have nothing bad to say about this hotel. It was a fun way to end our trip in Japan, as this hotel has it's own quirky, unique style.

This hotel is modern and clean in a wonderful neighborhood close to the train station (although you have to walk up a little hill to get there). It is so close to being an amazing hotel. I had two problems during my stay that took this from 5 stars to 3 stars: 1. They have a system whereby you have to leave a magnet on your door to request housekeeping. Even though I put mine out, I never received housekeeping during my stay. 2. My room was across the hall from a linen closet, and every night at 1 am I was woken up by staff restocking or doing inventory of the towels and sheets. It's insane. It took me hours to fall back asleep and really impacted my trip in a negative way. I begged the front desk every evening to tell them not to do that in the middle of the night, and they kept promising not to, then there he was like clockwork. I still can't believe it. So for those reasons I would recommend not staying here, as much as I loved so many other things about the property.

We stayed at this property for 10 nights and had a wonderful stay. Breakfast was limited (which they do mention) but the small pastries are delicious. Want something more substantial, walk less than 2 min down the road to Family Mart for some cheap amazing food! We did run into some staff that only speak little English but lets throw out some facts for a second. Before faulting the hotel on this, can I remind you what country you're in? With smart phones these days it's easy to try and use google translate to get what you need. It really takes little effort on your part to make it easier on them to understand you. You are visiting their country, not the other way around. The staff that we did speak to who can speak English were amazing and polite. We also didn't ask for much as we only stayed in the hotel to shower and sleep. Speaking of sleep, we had booked the Superior Twin. Yes the twin beds were fine. Mattress was comfortable but firm (which seems to be a standard in Japan) and freshly pressed pyjamas were in the room as well. The tub was amazing to wind down after a long day of walking. Space is tight but it's very manageable. Rooms were quiet and had comfortable sleeps. The thermostat however was kinda weird as it took a while for it to heat up and when it does it gets too hot fast. Overall the property matched all of our expectations. It's a wonderful boutique hotel in a wonderful neighbourhood with amazing train access. You couldn't ask for anything more.
